WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS LOOKS DIFFERENT WHEN IT ARRIVES?
If you receive a damaged / defective Product or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with the customer service at email@example.com. Simply provide with a brief explanation, based on your complaint, Curtis & Hayes shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Curtis & Hayes is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Curtis & Hayes will process the request for a replacement. If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, Curtis & Hayes reserves the right to take legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Curtis & Hayes in this regard.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES OR YOU ARE SENT THE WRONG ITEM?
Our specially-trained Quality Guardians check your furniture to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, just contact us within 24 hours of delivery or as soon as possible, If You are unable to do so within 24-hours, Curtis & Hayes shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;*. Ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and, assuming your complaints are valid & according to the Curtis & Hayes return policies, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
CURTIS & HAYES Returns & Refunds Policy Highlights:
- The Refund is only applicable on the receipt of incorrect or damaged product. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
- Products should not be used;*
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.;
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;
- Curtis & Hayes will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective Product through its own logistics partner. If Curtis & Hayes is unable to do so, Curtis & Hayes will notify You regarding the same and You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within 24 hours from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with Curtis & Hayes;
- The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Curtis & Hayes in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
- For Cash on Delivery payments, You will be provided with a refund cheque.
- If the Product can be repaired by the service centre, Curtis & Hayes will get the same repaired and send it back to You.
- Products on sale or on offer, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation.
It's very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as we'll ask you to sign a form confirming that it was received in a good condition. If you're not happy with the goods when you inspect them, note this on the form and contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. Once the item(s) are dispatched we are unable to cancel the order.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
For security reasons we can only return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. The refund process is different for all card companies but normally it come into original payment account within 7-28 business days.
MORE ON PAYPAL REFUNDS
If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. This may take up to 30 days. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
CAN I CHANGE MY EXISTING ORDER?
Once you've placed an order, we're not usually able to make any changes. Please contact us if you'd like to ask us about this.
